Rugby Summer Camps
27 - 31 JULY @ SHERBORNE PREP SCHOOL.
For any parent wondering how they are going to keep their little cherubs out of trouble during the long school summer holiday, this may be of interest.
Socious Sports are running a rugby coaching camp at Sherborne Prep School on the dates above. The camp runs from 9.30am - 3.15pm, Monday to Friday, & is open to girls & boys, aged 6 -16. Sherborne RFC Tens Tournament
Saturday 11th July
Sherborne RFC will kick off the 2009-10 season with a Tens Tournament on Saturday 11th July to be held at Gainsborough Park. The tournament will start at 2pm and aims to involve as many players as possible, aged 17 and over. New players of all standards and abilities are welcome to come along and get invovled. There will be a pitch side BBQ and Bar, which we hope will help this to be a very enjoyable and sociable event so please come along and lend your support!
Summer Touch Rugby will continue at 7pm every Thursday in June and has proved to be a huge success with a superb turnout so if you want to improve your fitness in advance of the new season come along and get involved!
Formal pre-season training for the Senior and Colts squads starts on Thursday 2nd July at 7pm at Gainsborough Park. Pre-season training will then take place every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the Summer.
